About Steve…

For the past four years Steve has been the director of the Pastors Coaching Network where he has trained multiple pastors and spiritual leaders with coach training, leadership development, and personal growth principles.  Having been in ministry since college, Steve has a heart for pastors and those seeking to make an impact on the Kingdom.  He is a member of the Christian Coaches Network, has received his certification from the Valwood Coaching Institute in North Carolina and certification with Transformational Leadership Coaching in Virginia. He earned degrees from Mississippi College, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Columbia International University.  His Take-A-Minute radio program was a popular broadcast in Columbia for the over 10 years.  He has been a frequent speaker in multiple venues, served as president of the South Carolina Baptist Convention and has been a member of several institutional boards.

About Trish…

With a degree in education and 35 years in ministry, Trish is bringing  a wealth of life’s experiences together to help equip others to become all they can be. She organized and led the women’ ministry for over 15 years in her church, taught multiple classes on marriage, parenting, and spiritual growth and has been the featured speaker at retreats and seminars. With skills of listening, organizing, encouraging, supporting, advising, serving, teaching, and motivating she is well equipped to come alongside and encourage others on the journey.  Trish is a Certified Behavioral Analyst with Target Training International (TTI) and has received coaching certification with Transformational Leadership Coaching .  Married since 1971, Steve and Trish are the parents of three married adult children.
