The life and ministry skills I acquired through my participation in the Leadersedge were the catalyst that moved me from surviving in life and ministry to thriving in life and Ministry! The Leadersedge training should be required curriculum in every University and Seminary that desires to produce highly effective pastors, ministers and people who are the leaders in Kingdom Growth and Impact!

With the commission to take the world for Jesus, church work can become discouraging and overwhelming at times! The  Leadersedge training experience gave me the skills to fight for the vision God put in my heart and sort through the difficulties of church planting, while giving me a great opportunity to form lasting ministry relationships.  As a result of this process and because of the Pastor's Coaching Network there are greater numbers of lost people in our community experiencing the hope of a relationship with Christ! I attended a Leadersedge training provided by the Pastor’s Coaching Network at a pivotal time in my ministry. I had resigned from a Sr. Pastor position at First Baptist Church in Eutawville, SC and was moving to Greenville, SC to plant a church.   I desired to attend the LeadersedgeTraining, but as I was going through this transition in my life I did not have the finances to pay for it. Fortunately someone invested into my life by providing a full scholarship. The training I received has been invaluable. Applying the principles learned in the Leadersedge has equipped me to build lasting relationships, effectively create teams, organize my personal life, as well as create an environment for growth for my family.  I will be eternally thankful for being able to participate in the Leadersedge as it was not just a conference experience, but an opportunity for me to grow personally as I grow in ministry.
