Coach Training
Developing the skills of coaching transforms leaders and radically impacts a growth culture. The good news is that you can learn these basic skills that enable you to lead more effectively in every part of your life. PCN provides three distinct opportunities of Coach Training.
Option 1: Basic Coach Training  
Option 2: Developing a Tansformational Growth Culture 
Option 3: Introduction to Coaching

 Option 1:  BASIC COACH TRAINING 
A four-month training cycle that includes

• Two-day Coach Training Workshop
• Six hours of professional coaching
• Two Tele-Class Training Sessions
• Four Peer Coaching Sessions
• Four Client Coaching Sessions
• PCN Coach Training Notebook
• Leadership Coaching
• Training CDs Coaching Live!
• DISC Personal Assessment Profile
• Support / Consultation from the PCN  

 Each participant will:

• Learn the basic skills and experience the transforming benefits of a coaching relationship
• Apply growth principles to a personal area of desired change
• Experience the renewed energy of a clear vision, focus and plan for taking life and ministry to the next level 
• Develop strategic plans for how to utilize coaching techniques and tools for maximum impact in other parts of the ministry  
   

Option 2:  DEVELOPING A TRANSFORMATIONAL GROWTH CULTURE

An equipping process for coaches to select, train and multiply spiritual growth coaches in the local church, an organization, or convention.
Prerequisite:  Level I - Basic Coach Training

Option 3:  INTRODUCTION TO COACHING

A one-day Introduction to Coaching is availabe for
         Churches          Equip your small group leaders and parents to use coaching skills in the discipleship process
         Associations     Assist Pastors and Staff Teams to maximize their leadership using effective coaching skills
